We use your information only to provide the service you requested, communicate with you, process a booking or payment confirmation, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing and storage
We share information only with trusted partners or service providers when needed to complete your request, such as an application-support partner or a form provider. We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the service, legal records or resolving an issue.
Third-party services we use
Some of our forms and features are powered by third parties, which means the information you submit is processed by them on our behalf. These providers may store data on servers outside South Africa.
- Formspree — receives and forwards the details you submit through our booking, repair-request and newsletter forms.
- Google Forms — records website booking details so we can track your project.
- Google Firebase (Firestore) — stores the name and text of comments you post on our blog articles.
- Google Fonts — serves the fonts used on this website.
- GitHub Pages — hosts this website.
We do not use advertising or analytics tracking scripts on this website.
Your documents
Please send documents only through the approved form or contact channel. You can ask us to correct or delete your information where legally possible by emailing us.
