Information we collect
Depending on the service, we may collect your name, contact details, CV, education or application information, identity documents, device-repair details, photos and website project information.
For Tech Store orders, this can also include your order reference, the products and options you order, your recipient and delivery address, and any delivery instructions you provide. If you email us proof of payment, we will receive the information shown in that document.
How we use it
We use your information to provide the service you requested, process Tech Store orders, verify payments, arrange delivery, communicate with you, and resolve questions or problems. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing and storage
We share information only with trusted partners or service providers when needed to complete your request, such as an application-support partner or a form provider. We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the service, legal records or resolving an issue.
Third-party services we use
Some of our forms and features are powered by third parties, which means the information you submit is processed by them on our behalf. These providers may store data on servers outside South Africa.
- Formspree: receives and forwards details submitted through our booking, repair-request, newsletter and Tech Store order forms.
- Google Forms: records website booking details so we can track your project.
- Google Firebase (Firestore): stores the name and text of comments you post on our blog articles.
- Google Fonts: serves the fonts used on this website.
We do not use advertising or analytics tracking scripts on this website.
To deliver an order, we may share the necessary recipient and address details with the courier handling that delivery. Payments are made through your bank using the EFT details shown after checkout.
Your documents
Please send documents only through the approved form or contact channel. You can ask us to correct or delete your information where legally possible by emailing us.
