Our services
We provide support with CVs, application assistance, iPhone repairs, website projects and access to helpful resources. The exact scope, price and timeframe for a paid service will be confirmed with you before work begins.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate information and only submit documents or content that you have the right to share. University applications remain your responsibility; acceptance, funding and institutional decisions are never guaranteed.
Payments
Quoted prices are in South African Rand unless stated otherwise. For services requiring payment, work starts once the agreed payment or deposit has been received and verified. Please use the provided reference when making an EFT payment.
Revisions and repairs
Website revisions and delivery dates are based on the package or proposal agreed with you. Repair prices are estimates until the device has been assessed; additional faults or parts may change the final quote. No repair proceeds without your approval.
Refunds and cancellations
If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Refund eligibility depends on work already completed, time already reserved and any third-party costs. We will explain the position fairly before processing any refund.
Limitation of liability
We take reasonable care in providing our services, but cannot be responsible for third-party websites, university decisions, course providers, courier delays or losses outside our reasonable control.
