How do I pay?
Place your order, then pay by EFT from FNB or Capitec using the bank details on your order page. Use your order number as the payment reference.
How do I confirm my payment?
You'll get an email as soon as you place your order, and a second email confirming your payment once it reflects. You can also send proof of payment to speed things up (the email address is shown at checkout).
How long does a payment take?
Payments from FNB and Capitec usually reflect within minutes. If you pay from another bank, use "Immediate payment" (instant EFT) and it reflects within minutes too. Standard EFTs from other banks can take up to 1-2 business days.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is charged by courier based on your address. Enter it at checkout to see your exact fee before you pay. Orders are delivered within 5-7 working days.
What does "pre-owned" mean?
Pre-owned devices have been used before. Each one is tested and cleaned, and is in very good condition. Refurbished laptops are used laptops that have been checked, restored to working order and cleaned before resale, so they work like a good used device at a lower price than new.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, every device comes with a 2-month warranty.
Will a phone work on my network?
Yes. Our phones are unlocked and work on all South African networks. If a phone is ever locked to a network, the listing says so.
Can I return a device?
Yes. If a device isn't as described, you can return it within 7 days for a refund or exchange. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
